I photograph because moments disappear faster than we realize. A camera gives me a way to slow time down and hold on to pieces of life that might otherwise fade away.
Sometimes the most powerful stories don’t need movement or dialogue. A single frame can say everything that needs to be said.
I often photograph people and environments that feel familiar to me, because those moments reflect pieces of culture and community that deserve to be preserved.
